This fence system composed of STEELVENT ST10 Kinizsi type fence elements is suitable for both industrial and community uses. The wires of the fence elements, fixed with trapezoid ribs, are available in the following diameters: 4 mm (light type), 5 mm (normal type), and 6 mm (strong type). For the basic mesh the vertical wire distance is 80 mm, for the dense mesh it is 50 mm, and 75 mm for the 2450 mm-high mesh.
Depending on the height, two or four ribs are made.
The horizontal wire distance varies between 100 and 200 mms, depending on the height of the mesh.
These fence systems are made of 700 - 800 N/mm solid steel wire, with dotted welding.
Characteristics
This product is our own development and was awarded with the Hungarian Product Grand Prix in 2011.
It has an aesthetic "high-tech" look.
It can be ordered with or without powder-coated surface protection in the colours of the RAL scale (basic colour: 6005, green), hot-dip galvanized or additionally hot-dip galvanized.

Fence column
For the light and normal type STEELVENT ST10 Kinizsi fence system we recommend 60 × 40 square diameter ST20 hollow section STANDARD columns, while for the strong types we recommend 60 × 60 ST20 hollow section STANDARD columns. The columns can be dug, supported, dug pedestal or supported pedestal. Depending on the type of fixing, they can be drilled or undrilled.
For the light and normal type STEELVENT ST10 Kinizsi fence system we also recommend our circle diameter UNIERZÁL columns up to 1900 mm fence height. The columns can be dug, supported, dug pedestal or supported pedestal. The surface protection of the columns is the same as that of the meshes.
Fastening
The fence elements are strengthened to the drilled hollow section columns with corrosion-free bolts and self-tapping nuts; in this case, fence elements do not connect on the column. The elements are finalized with corrosion-free plate shackles. As the elements do not connect on the column, we obtain greater "freedom" in defining column distance.
The fence elements are strengthened to the undrilled hollow section with Steelvent type mesh reinforcer (corrosion-free, composed of plastic elements); in this case, fence elements connect on the column. Column distance has to be strictly observed.
Footings
Pre-manufactured footings of 20, 30 or 50 cm can be fitted to the reinforcing mesh.
