After galvanising, the surface is coated with a bonding layer (degreasing, adhesion enhancement - phosphating) and finally with a UV-stabilised certified plastic powder coating (minimum thickness 60 µm). Thanks to the surface preparation, the plastic coating adheres perfectly to the surface.
